1. Support HR strategies to achieve regional and retail store business objectives.
2. Act as an advisor and consultant to leadership teams.
3. Coach managers and leaders in making informed people decisions.
4. Provide HR expertise in performance feedback, employee relations, and development.
5. Analyze HR data and market trends to influence decision-making.
6. Collaborate with business partners and Centers of Excellence.
7. Lead core HR processes and initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years in a multi-unit HR Business Partner role.
3. Comprehensive understanding of HR functions including performance management, compensation, and talent management.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Talent Management systems.

3+ years in a multi-unit HR Business Partner role.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $136,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
