- Act as a strategic partner to Retail Operations and Area Managers, aligning business performance with people priorities.
- Lead workforce and performance discussions, utilizing KPIs to define corrective actions.
- Oversee people-related change initiatives and organizational transitions, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure fair and compliant application of HR frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Drive sustainable workforce planning and staffing stability across the retail organization.
- Advise on complex people matters, aligning business objectives with employee impact and legal requirements.
- Facilitate the performance management cycle and promote high-quality development outcomes.
- Lead talent identification and succession planning to maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Manage employee relations risk and ensure compliant handling of people matters.
- Analyze workforce metrics to generate actionable insights and drive HR initiatives.
- University degree in Economics or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail or multi-site structures.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Labor Law.
- Proficiency in Performance Management and Workforce Planning.
- Consulting skills, including diagnosis, hypothesis, intervention, and measurement.
- Stakeholder management in a retail field environment.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
- Coaching and leadership enablement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving mindset.
A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a dynamic environment, ideally within retail or multi-site structures, with a proven track record in reducing turnover and improving staffing stability.
University degree in Economics or a comparable field.
