Sephora HR Assistant — Retail (Work‑Study)

- Provide HR administrative support to the Regional HR Manager, including personnel file management, contract entry and renewals, and maintenance of internal information displays.
- Coordinate occupational health procedures: schedule medical appointments, manage periodic checkups and facilitate return‑to‑work processes after long‑term absence.
- Produce and maintain team schedules and rosters for the Champs‑Élysées flagship.
- Execute local recruitment operations: pre‑screen candidates, present shortlisted profiles to store directors, and conduct interviews by phone, Zoom and in‑person.
- Organise and run local recruitment events and manage partnerships with schools and training institutions.
- Support digital and social‑media sourcing initiatives and contribute to employer‑brand activities at store level.
- Participate in ad‑hoc HR projects and ensure compliance with local labour regulations in daily HR processes.
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 (fourth‑year) programme specialising in Human Resources or an equivalent degree.
- Curious, proactive and creative with a dynamic attitude suited to a fast‑moving retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear commercial sensibility and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Confident with social media and digital tools; comfortable using digital channels for recruitment.
- Team‑oriented, agile and motivated by challenge with a commitment to quality execution.

Entry‑level: currently enrolled in a Bac+4 HR programme. Prior internships or experience in retail or HR are advantageous but not mandatory.
