1. Administer personnel management tasks.
2. Coordinate appointments with occupational health services, including periodic visits and return-to-work assessments.
3. Prepare and update team schedules.
4. Input and extend employment contracts.
5. Maintain and update the information board.
6. Draft and disseminate job postings.
7. Pre-qualify candidates and present them to store directors.
8. Organize and conduct interviews via phone, Zoom, or in-person.
9. Manage local recruitment events.
10. Participate in managing local school partnerships.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in social media and digital platforms.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

No specific experience required, but a background in human resources or retail is advantageous.
