1. Administer personnel management tasks.
2. Coordinate appointments for occupational health, periodic visits, and long-term sick leave returns.
3. Prepare and update team schedules.
4. Input and extend employment contracts.
5. Maintain and update the notice board.
6. Draft and disseminate job postings.
7. Pre-qualify candidates and present them to store directors.
8. Organize and conduct interviews via phone, Zoom, and in-person.
9. Plan and manage local recruitment events.
10. Participate in managing local school partnerships.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
