- Administer personnel management tasks.
- Coordinate appointments for occupational health, periodic visits, and long-term sick leave returns.
- Prepare and update team schedules.
- Input and extend employment contracts.
- Maintain and update the notice board.
- Draft and disseminate job postings.
- Pre-qualify candidates and present them to store directors.
- Organize and conduct interviews via phone, Zoom, and in-person.
- Plan and manage local recruitment events.
- Participate in managing local school partnerships.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
