1. Recruitment of working students and interns for the Düsseldorf headquarters, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
2. Support in HR and training administration.
3. Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
4. Animate the internal platform 'WeAreSephora' with diverse posts, news messages, and a quarterly newsletter.
5. Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

1. Successful completion of at least the first three semesters of a relevant degree course such as Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology.

1. Enthusiasm for HR management and people development.
2. Talent for structured work processes.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideally, candidates will have initial experience in HR or recruiting.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
