1. Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Prepare HR reports and metrics on absence, turnover, ER cases, and other KPIs.
3. Support updates to policies, procedures, and contracts to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
4. Contribute to HR projects such as engagement surveys, retention initiatives, and HR system improvements.
5. Provide on-time and accurate payroll support, aligning with payroll procedures and updates.
6. Conduct regular audits of employee files and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Provide first-line advice to retail managers on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
8. Champion company wellbeing initiatives and support D&I strategies and training.
9. Drive internal communications across retail teams.

1. Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a retail environment.
2. Good knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices.

2. Highly organized with attention to detail.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving retail environment.
4. Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and HR Software.
5. Proven hands-on attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
6. High levels of resilience and ability to work in an agile way.
