- Contribute to the development of regional annual media guidelines and strategic memos.
- Define a comprehensive regional media strategy for various campaigns in alignment with the European Media Director.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure 360-degree alignment and consistency.
- Define relevant KPIs and contribute to media asset prioritization.
- Participate in audience targeting, segmentation, and brand surveys.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with all markets for alignment.
- Consolidate local post-campaign reports to provide regional executive summaries and recommendations.
- Coordinate full-funnel media orchestration across campaigns during key periods.
- Encourage media innovation by identifying new trends and implementing innovative initiatives.
- Develop and share cross-market media best practices and insights.
- Assess media asset efficiency using defined KPIs and collaborate with advertising teams.
- Master's degree in marketing or communications.
- 10-15 years of experience in a media agency or with a beauty distributor/advertiser.
- Strong understanding of brand desirability and strategic media planning.
- Knowledge of performance levers such as SEA, Retargeting, and Paid Social.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Autonomous and responsive with the ability to handle contingency situations.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong customer relations skills.
- Adaptability to different situations and people.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Fluency in English; international experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
10-15 years of experience in a media agency or with a beauty distributor/advertiser.
Master's degree in marketing or communications.
