- Lead the development and execution of Sephora's marketing strategy for the ANZ region, ensuring differentiation and market superiority.
- Oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns, including partnerships with brand partners, social media strategies, and in-store activations.
- Manage and enhance the loyalty program to improve recruitment, retention, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure scalability and local effectiveness.
- Coach and lead a team of 9 marketing professionals to achieve strategic goals.
- Ensure disciplined budget management and conduct performance analysis to drive ROI.
- Support the development of product marketing strategies for the Sephora Collection across all channels.
- Foster strong brand partnerships to drive growth and support priority brands.
- Collaborate with PR & Social teams to create high-quality earned content and influencer opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of the Beauty Pass loyalty program and related CRM journeys.
- Build consensus and collaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders to develop robust marketing plans.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in brand management and marketing, preferably within the beauty FMCG or retail sector.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong ability to collaborate within a complex organization across multiple functions and levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in full funnel and 360 marketing strategies.
