- Develop and implement strategic human capital initiatives to support business growth in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Lead the HR and Education team to devise innovative human resources strategies and frameworks.
- Oversee recruitment, payroll, people development, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with regional HR centers of excellence to align business needs with HR strategies.
- Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and compliant reward structures.
- Conduct performance management, including annual reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Analyze labor market trends to inform workforce planning and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Champion the use of HR information systems to maintain data integrity.
- Advocate for best practices in talent management and succession planning.
- Perform learning needs analysis and develop training programs in collaboration with the Talent COE.
- Align and execute education strategies for retail teams, ensuring training objectives are met.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Experience in the retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industries is advantageous.
- Proven team management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Demonstrated initiative and innovation in driving results.
- Dedication to teamwork and collaboration across functions.
Minimum of 10 years in a human resources role, with hands-on operational experience. Relevant experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce is beneficial.
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
