1. Develop and implement strategic human capital initiatives to support business growth in Singapore and Malaysia.
2. Lead the HR and Education team to devise innovative human resources strategies and frameworks.
3. Oversee recruitment, payroll, people development, and internal communications.
4. Collaborate with regional HR centers of excellence to align business needs with HR strategies.
5. Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and compliant reward structures.
6. Conduct performance management, including annual reviews and performance improvement plans.
7. Analyze labor market trends to inform workforce planning and talent development.
8. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
9. Champion the use of HR information systems to maintain data integrity.
10. Advocate for best practices in talent management and succession planning.
11. Perform learning needs analysis and develop training programs in collaboration with the Talent COE.
12. Align and execute education strategies for retail teams, ensuring training objectives are met.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a human resources role.
3. Experience in the retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industries is advantageous.
4. Proven team management experience.

Minimum of 10 years in a human resources role, with hands-on operational experience. Relevant experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce is beneficial.
