- Lead and manage the Enterprise Service Operations teams, ensuring seamless back-office operations for Sephora users.
- Oversee infrastructure operations (L1 to L3) and application operations L2, focusing on SAP Basis within Sephora's ERP environment.
- Ensure the successful execution of IT production plans and manage the EDI exchange platform with third-party logistics providers.
- Organize, plan, and supervise technical projects, ensuring the inclusion of production requirements and leading technical streams, particularly for SAP ECC to S4 Hana upgrades.
- Optimize productivity through industrialization and automation of production management, adopting a DevOps-like approach.
- Manage routine operations, ensuring service quality and security, and handle support requests and critical incidents.
- Develop and monitor end-to-end service levels (SLA/SLO) and manage outsourced services, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Lead crisis meetings and propose solutions for critical incidents, contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT production.
- Recognized expertise in SAP, middleware layers, and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL change management processes.
- Familiarity with DevOps methods and automation tools.
A minimum of 15 years in IT production, with a focus on SAP and cloud services.
Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
