- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Produce, curate, and optimize high-quality content, including local digital and ATL productions.
- Define social media objectives and KPIs, overseeing the implementation of content strategy and editorial planning.
- Supervise social media investments to support brand launches and tactical operations.
- Set and manage the implementation of PR strategies, ensuring strategic media partnerships and growing earned media value.
- Optimize digital PR activities and cultivate relationships with key market influencers.
- Plan and coordinate PR event concepts that align with company objectives.
- Oversee in-store initiatives, local events, and omnichannel beauty service experiences.
- Ensure consistency of communication messages across all company channels.
- Manage and empower a team of managers and specialists, setting objectives and supervising workflows.
- Allocate and monitor the communication budget effectively.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of communication strategies, branding, social media, PR, and media investments.
- Proven success in developing and executing large-scale communication projects.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and empower a team.
