- Provide active support and advice to customers in the Hair Care department and other beauty sectors.
- Exhibit the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, knowing, and closing sales effectively.
- Share in-depth product knowledge and establish customer relationships.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and share knowledge with the team.
- Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
- Operate the cash register and support daily business operations.
- Contribute to merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Completed training in relevant departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the respective department.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluent in English or the native language of the country.
- Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team spirit.
- Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, consulting, or customer service within the beauty industry.
