- 12+ years of marketing expertise, with a focus on insights and analytics.
- Minimum of 5+ years in team management and departmental leadership.
- Proven track record in building successful marketing programs, particularly in loyalty and membership initiatives.
- Strong ability to drive results and translate challenges into actionable plans.
