Sephora Global Tech Support Lead

- Manage support and maintenance activities for SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA globally, collaborating with external service providers across France, India, and Brazil.
- Oversee priorities, make strategic trade-offs, and monitor performance through regular forums, including committees and KPI/SLA reporting.
- Coordinate sensitive or critical issues, ensuring effective communication with business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Integrate projects into the operational phase by structuring knowledge transfers, documentation, and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities and promoting sustainable solutions.
- Master’s degree or equivalent from an engineering school, business school, or university.
- At least 8 years of experience with SAP, including 3 years in application maintenance management.
- Solid expertise in MM/SD modules and a good understanding of Finance (FI/CO) processes.
- Proven experience in managing service providers, ideally in an offshore environment.
- Ability to operate in both global management and daily operational contexts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of service.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP, including 3 years in application maintenance management.
Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
