- Design and implement targeted internal communication plans to support the adoption of new processes, ensuring messages are tailored to various organizational audiences.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to understand changes and translate this knowledge into clear and engaging communication materials for affected personnel.
- Contribute to the creation and optimization of adoption tools such as video tutorials, webinars, documentation, and FAQs to facilitate a smooth transition to new practices.
- Participate in the development and integration of training pathways through LMS tools.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a multi-channel engagement strategy (newsletters, intranet) to encourage proactive tool adoption among employees.
- Evaluate the impact of communications on process adoption by gathering staff feedback and analyzing key performance indicators to adjust strategies as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of engaging internal events aimed at reinforcing adherence to change processes and facilitating communication among impacted groups.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a specialization in Organization, Change Management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling communication materials.
- Proficiency in digital tools and video editing software such as Canva and Powtoon.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
- Keen attention to detail with strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with change management principles and methodologies is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
