1. Analyze employee survey data to identify key trends and provide insights.
2. Support the employee engagement platform, including survey configuration and maintenance.
3. Monitor and analyze employer brand content performance on social media and company website.
4. Assist in developing updates and content for global social media platforms and coordinate website updates.
5. Contribute to the creation of visually appealing presentations for stakeholder communication.

1. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
3. Motivated to learn and propose initiatives.

1. Data analysis and interpretation of HR trends.
2. Proficiency in creating presentations.
3. Ability to support content management and social media platforms.

Beginner level experience in a similar field or role.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
