1. Track and manage multiple global talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
2. Develop and maintain visual maps of country-specific talent acquisition operations, aligning with Sephora's Fix, Flex, and Free model.
3. Create compelling, on-brand presentations for leadership and talent acquisition community.
4. Draft clear and engaging updates from key meetings with LVMH and global teams.
5. Organize and maintain a comprehensive knowledge repository for efficient information retrieval.
6. Facilitate community engagement among global talent acquisition professionals through updates and coordinated meetings.
7. Collect and analyze key performance indicators, collaborating with HR Data Team to create insightful dashboards.
8. Research and draft weekly market intelligence reports on industry talent movements for senior leadership.
