1. Improve Sephora’s core environmental and social KPIs by developing key metrics and scorecards.
2. Support mandatory reporting in line with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
3. Contribute to the annual update and improvement of Sephora’s Global Impact & Progress Report.
4. Assist in updating Sephora’s global corporate carbon footprint and support the transition to a global carbon accounting tool.
5. Stay informed on the latest ESG reporting best practices and requirements.
6. Support the identification and implementation of new processes, systems, and tools for data retention.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance visibility into shared programs.
8. Prepare ad hoc documentation for Purpose task forces.
9. Facilitate data sharing and integration with LVMH reporting tools.

1. Entry-level experience in sustainability, business intelligence, analytics, finance, or a related field.
2. Experience with ESG reporting.
3. Fluency in French and English.

1. Proficiency in data and reporting tools, especially Excel.
2. Ability to use PowerPoint to showcase progress and results.
3. Experience with Power BI and carbon accounting tools is a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills to translate concepts into metrics and insights.
5. Ability to manage ambiguity and explore new solutions.
6. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Entry-level experience (1 year) in sustainability, business intelligence, analytics, finance, or a related field.
