Global Sustainability CSR Reporting Analyst

1. Support the Global CSR Reporting Manager and Global Purpose Team in environmental and social reporting.
2. Improve Sephora’s core environmental and social KPIs.
3. Develop key metrics and scorecards for global Purpose practice.
4. Collect and report data in line with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
5. Support the annual update of Sephora’s Global Impact & Progress Report.
6. Assist in the annual update of Sephora’s global corporate carbon footprint.
7. Engage in reporting, audit, and communications tasks related to Purpose.
8. Identify and implement new processes, systems, and tools for data retention.
9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance program visibility.

1. Entry-level experience (1 year) in sustainability, business intelligence, analytics, finance, or related field.
2. Experience with ESG reporting.
3. Fluent in French and English.

1. Proficiency in data and reporting tools, especially Excel.
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint for showcasing progress and results.
3. Experience with Power BI and Carbon Accounting tools is a plus.
4. Ability to drive results and accountability.
5. Strong analytical skills to translate concepts into metrics.
6. Agility and ability to manage ambiguity.
7. Collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
