1. Structure Supply Chain Performance Management by creating a Global Supply Chain Cockpit Performance.
2. Standardize KPIs and dashboards across the organization to ensure consistent performance measurement.
3. Drive KPI alignment implementation across regions and ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
4. Develop and refine analytical models to enable informed decision-making throughout the Supply Chain.
5. Leverage data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to optimize performance monitoring processes.
6. Implement and execute a comprehensive roadmap for enhancing Supply Chain performance through data.
7. Support cross-functional data projects such as the PURE project, involving migration to the Roma datalake and Power BI.
8. Promote a data-driven culture within business teams, aligning with data governance and strategy.
9. Create training materials and provide guidance on data governance and platform adoption.
10. Explore and implement AI-based solutions to optimize Supply Chain processes.

1. Strong professional experience (10 years) in Supply Chain management, analytics, and project management.
2. Proven proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, especially Power BI.
3. Experience in data governance with high standards of data quality.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
5. Knowledge of AI applications in Supply Chain is an asset.
6. Very good level of English with international experience recommended.
