- Lead signature global CSR and cause-platform programs, including 'Classes for Confidence' and inclusive retail experiences like 'Quiet Hours'.
- Coordinate best practices across Sephora's 35+ markets to ensure scalable and sustainable programs.
- Collaborate with markets to showcase Sephora's programs and commitments, driving consumer-facing giving initiatives.
- Develop global marketing toolkits to support regional activation of Social Impact Programs.
- Manage a network of global NGOs and thought leaders aligned with Sephora's values.
- Animate key moments of community engagement and build learning experiences showcasing community diversity.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in a consumer-facing brand, ideally in CSR, DE&I, corporate philanthropy, innovation, or cause marketing.
- Proven track record as a change agent and program manager with significant cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Experience in global settings across multiple business and consumer cultures.
- Meaningful experience with non-profits or public/private collaborations.
- Passion for social equity, justice, women's empowerment, and a strong understanding of global social issues.
