Sephora Global SAP Support Supply Lead

- Lead maintenance activities for SAP logistics applications and its satellite tools.
- Supervise the outsourced Level 3 Logistics Support and Maintenance team, comprising approximately thirty consultants globally.
- Collaborate with internal functional and technical domain managers and external partners.
- Ensure operational maintenance of applications, quality control, and non-regression of corrections delivered by service providers.
- Resolve issues raised by the outsourced team and lead steering committees with service providers.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the logistics domain.
- Manage the transition of logistics projects to support and organize knowledge transfers.
- Contribute to budget preparation and management.
- Prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder relationships across subsidiaries.
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a consulting firm, integrator, or IT department within the retail sector.
- Previous experience in support and maintenance roles.
- Expertise in SAP SD and MM modules and their integration with other domains.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with offshore teams is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the retail sector, with a focus on SAP support and maintenance.
Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
