1. Lead maintenance activities for SAP logistics applications and its satellite tools.
2. Supervise the outsourced Level 3 Logistics Support and Maintenance team, comprising approximately thirty consultants globally.
3. Collaborate with internal functional and technical domain managers and external partners.
4. Ensure operational maintenance of applications, quality control, and non-regression of corrections delivered by service providers.
5. Resolve issues raised by the outsourced team and lead steering committees with service providers.
6. Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the logistics domain.
8. Manage the transition of logistics projects to support and organize knowledge transfers.
9. Contribute to budget preparation and management.
10. Prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder relationships across subsidiaries.

1. Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in a consulting firm, integrator, or IT department within the retail sector.
3. Previous experience in support and maintenance roles.

1. Expertise in SAP SD and MM modules and their integration with other domains.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Experience with offshore teams is advantageous.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the retail sector, with a focus on SAP support and maintenance.

Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
