Global SAP Finance Business & Projects Coordinator

1. Ensure the suitability and quality of finance solutions in SAP (ECC6.0, S/4 Hana).
2. Participate in system upgrades and international deployments.
3. Engage in cross-functional projects involving SAP adaptations.
4. Participate in requirements gathering workshops and solution selection.
5. Validate the correct implementation of recipes.
6. Write documentation for Key Users and lead training sessions.
7. Guarantee the quality of data transfer.
8. Provide post-Go-Live support.
9. Contribute to the implementation of S/4 HANA.
10. Support users in various entities and organizations.
11. Disseminate and support best financial practices within the Sephora Group.

1. Higher education in finance (Masters degree).
2. At least an initial experience of SAP Finance (ECC6 or S/4) with a Core Model approach.
3. At least 4 years' experience in similar contexts.

1. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
2. Team spirit and ability to work in project mode.
3. A sense of service and support for operational finance functions.
4. Good listening, written and oral communication skills.
5. Organizational skills and adaptability.
6. Natural curiosity and a proactive attitude.
7. Understanding of functional needs and business challenges.

At least 4 years' experience in similar contexts with SAP Finance.
