Sephora Global SAP Finance Business & Projects Coordinator

- Ensure the suitability and quality of finance solutions in SAP (ECC6.0, S/4 Hana).
- Participate in system upgrades and international deployments.
- Engage in cross-functional projects involving SAP adaptations, considering legal, tax, and accounting specificities of each country.
- Participate in requirements gathering workshops and solution selection.
- Validate the implementation of solutions and ensure data transfer quality.
- Write documentation for Key Users and lead training sessions.
- Provide post-Go-Live support.
- Contribute to the implementation of S/4 HANA, ensuring best practices and Core Model performance.
- Support users across various entities and organizations globally.
- Disseminate and support best financial practices within Sephora and its subsidiaries.
- Higher education in finance (Master's degree) with experience in SAP Finance (ECC6 or S/4) with a Core Model approach.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in similar contexts.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Team spirit and ability to work in project mode.
- Sense of service and support for operational finance functions.
- Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
- Natural curiosity and proactive attitude.
- Understanding of functional needs and business challenges.
At least 8 years of experience in similar contexts, with a focus on SAP Finance solutions and Core Model approach.
Master's degree in Finance or related field.
