Sephora Global Purchasing Senior Manager - Logistics & Distribution

- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for logistics and distribution services tailored to Sephora's product portfolio and distribution network.
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers, establishing constructive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide procurement support and guidance to regional teams, ensuring alignment with global sourcing strategies.
- Initiate and coordinate global negotiations with Logistics and Procurement Teams across regions and within LVMH.
- Define and drive cost savings targets through competitive bidding, negotiation, and process improvements.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with logistics providers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including disruptions and capacity constraints.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, including import/export laws and environmental requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with Sephora's business objectives.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in logistics and distribution.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster creativity and innovation
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus
Minimum of 10 years in procurement with a focus on global logistics and distribution, preferably within the retail or cosmetics industry, including 5 years in operational roles.
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
