Sephora Global Purchasing Senior Manager - Logistics & Distribution

1. Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for logistics and distribution services tailored to Sephora's product portfolio and distribution network.
2. Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers, establishing constructive relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Provide procurement support and guidance to regional teams, ensuring alignment with global sourcing strategies.
4. Initiate and coordinate global negotiations with Logistics and Procurement Teams across regions and within LVMH.
5. Define and drive cost savings targets through competitive bidding, negotiation, and process improvements.
6. Lead complex contract negotiations with logistics providers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
7. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including disruptions and capacity constraints.
9. Ensure compliance with regulations, including import/export laws and environmental requirements.
10. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with Sephora's business objectives.
11. Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in logistics and distribution.

1. Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

4. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
5. Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus

Minimum of 10 years in procurement with a focus on global logistics and distribution, preferably within the retail or cosmetics industry, including 5 years in operational roles.

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
