- Consolidate planning data from Relex and Global/Regional Merchandising teams.
- Develop global purchase plans for select brands.
- Present results to Sephora Senior Leadership and Global teams to facilitate S&OP meetings with surge brands.
- Enhance data consolidation processes.
- Implement collaboration levels to improve surge brands' fill rates.
- Co-animate S&OP meetings with brands and advise on plan improvements.
- Support the incubation of new surge brands for smooth regional launches.
- Monitor and analyze supply performance metrics to drive action plans.
- Identify and address supply performance discrepancies by region and category.
- Manage the brand portal project, including design, testing, and launch.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or logistics, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in supply chain planning or logistics, ideally within the retail or consumer goods sectors.
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
