1. Design and implement impactful learning programs with a focus on blended learning approaches, including workshops, e-learning, and digital assets.
2. Manage and develop pedagogical scenarios and tools as a project manager.
3. Lead annual leadership program cohorts and maintain an active alumni community.
4. Drive learning innovation by staying connected to international learning trends.
5. Facilitate an HR learning community focused on management and leadership content.
6. Collaborate with the LVMH House Executive Development team for program selection and enrollment.
7. Track and analyze KPIs to assess the impact of learning strategies globally.
8. Establish and manage an external learning advisory group.

1. 10-15 years of experience in international environments, preferably in large corporates or consulting firms.
2. Strong understanding of Learning and Development and Talent Development.
3. Ability to manage projects from inception to completion within a broader HR strategy context.
4. Proven ability to build relationships in decentralized, multicultural environments.

1. Strong organizational skills and intellectual curiosity.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
3. Fluency in professional English; French is advantageous but not required.

10-15 years of experience in international environments, preferably in large corporates or consulting firms.
