1. Define, develop, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Program Factory, ensuring alignment with overall IT governance.
2. Design, implement, and maintain standardized program management methodologies, processes, templates, and tools.
3. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership.
5. Manage all project phases, identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
6. Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Program Factory and implement a continuous improvement process.

1. Proven track record in managing SAP rollouts and enhancements in an omnichannel and international environment.
2. Experience in leading complex, global, transversal programs.
3. Ability to manage and coordinate various teams involved in programs/projects.
