Sephora Global IT Program Manager

- Define, develop, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Program Factory, ensuring alignment with overall IT governance.
- Design, implement, and maintain standardized program management methodologies, processes, templates, and tools.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership.
- Manage all project phases, identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Program Factory and implement a continuous improvement process.
- Proven track record in managing SAP rollouts and enhancements in an omnichannel and international environment.
- Experience in leading complex, global, transversal programs.
- Ability to manage and coordinate various teams involved in programs/projects.
- Strategic thinking and program management expertise.
- Process optimization skills.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, particularly in IT and digital transformation projects.
