Sephora Global IT Finance Project Manager

- Lead and manage IT finance projects within the Back-Office Solutions Directorate, supporting the digital transformation of the Finance function across more than 30 countries.
- Conduct studies for selecting finance solutions, including drafting specifications and selecting tools and partners.
- Organize and execute projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee vendors and suppliers involved in project implementation.
- Maintain relationships with IT suppliers and manage software updates, licenses, and maintenance contracts.
- Contribute to the definition and integration of application architecture within Sephora's ecosystem, ensuring coherence of the Finance Information System.
- Support integration teams with technical solutions and ensure the performance and realization of developed solutions.
- Ensure the evolution of finance applications and conduct technological watch to identify new solutions.
- Assist Sephora's business units in project management of information systems.
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- 8-10 years of experience in consulting, integration, or within a Finance IT department.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules and their integration with MM/SD modules, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Knowledge of information systems architecture is advantageous.
- Significant experience in managing IT projects in finance within an international context.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA.
- Excellent understanding of finance business processes, including accounting, management control, treasury, and consolidation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand functional needs and business challenges.
- Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Autonomous, pragmatic, and adaptable with a focus on continuous improvement and internal client satisfaction.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 8-10 years in consulting, integration, or within a Finance IT department, with a focus on SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA.
Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
