- Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IAM team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in identity management and security.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of IAM solutions.
- Support the development and execution of IAM strategies and roadmaps.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a platform management role for large international companies.
- Strong customer focus and experience interacting with business partners and customers.
- Proven track record in IAM transformation projects.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder needs.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and IAM SSO systems.
- Knowledge of OKTA, PowerShell, and Graph API.
- Ability to architect and manage solutions involving AD, Azure AD, AD Connect, SSO like Okta, M365, and ITSM like ServiceNow.
A minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a platform management role for large companies with over 20,000 employees and an international scope.
Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
