1. Develop, promote, and execute a roadmap for HR data focusing on short-term wins and long-term evolution.
2. Act as a partner in the transformation and acceleration of the HR function globally.
3. Develop data analytics capabilities, dashboards, and SLAs to measure progress and success over time.
4. Partner with internal stakeholders at Sephora and LVMH Group levels to establish governance and practices.
5. Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment on HR Data.
6. Reinforce data governance culture across the HR function.
7. Develop change management strategy and enhance HR data capability.
8. Manage special projects such as automation and introduction of new tools.
9. Collaborate with LVMH on the development and deployment of group tools and initiatives.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience at a global company, focusing on HR data insights and dashboards.

1. Proficiency in statistical methods and techniques to analyze data.
2. Expertise in creating visual representations of data using BI tools.
3. Skills in cleaning and organizing raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
4. Ability to manage data analysis projects from need collection to completion.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international matrix environment.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Fluent in English and French.
