1. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR data transformation, focusing on both immediate and long-term objectives.
2. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, facilitating evidence-based decision-making.
3. Design and implement data analytics capabilities, including dashboards and SLAs, to measure HR performance and success.
4. Partner with internal stakeholders at Sephora and LVMH to establish governance and best practices for HR data management.
5. Drive continuous improvement and alignment across HR functions, reinforcing a culture of data governance.
6. Manage special projects related to automation, data entry, and the introduction of new tools.
7. Collaborate with LVMH on the development and deployment of group tools and initiatives to represent Sephora's needs effectively.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a global company, with a focus on HR data insights and dashboard management.

1. Proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
2. Expertise in BI tools for creating visual data representations and dashboards.
3. Strong skills in data cleaning, organization, and handling of anomalies.
4. Ability to manage data analysis projects from inception to completion.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Fluency in English and French.
