- Develop and enhance staff cost analytics capabilities at a global level.
- Consolidate and monitor Sephora's staff costs and evolution hypotheses.
- Provide insights to global HR and leadership for informed decision-making on staff costs.
- Lead a global team responsible for HQ global staff cost management.
- Establish governance and practices in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and alignment on staff cost figures.
- Reinforce staff cost ownership across the HR function.
- Develop change management strategies and enhance HR capabilities.
- Manage special projects such as automation and new tool implementation.
- Collaborate with LVMH on group tools and initiatives.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a global company with a focus on staff cost management.
- Proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data findings.
- Experience in data cleaning and organization to ensure accuracy.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Capability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international matrix environment.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with a focus on staff cost management in a global company.
