1. Develop and enhance staff cost analytics capabilities at a global level.
2. Consolidate and monitor Sephora's staff costs and evolution hypotheses.
3. Provide insights to global HR and leadership for informed decision-making on staff costs.
4. Lead a global team responsible for HQ global staff cost management.
5. Establish governance and practices in partnership with internal stakeholders.
6. Drive continuous improvement and alignment on staff cost figures.
7. Reinforce staff cost ownership across the HR function.
8. Develop change management strategies and enhance HR capabilities.
9. Manage special projects such as automation and new tool implementation.
10. Collaborate with LVMH on group tools and initiatives.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a global company with a focus on staff cost management.
2. Proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
3. Ability to interpret and present complex data findings.
4. Experience in data cleaning and organization to ensure accuracy.
5. Fluency in English and French.
