1. Manage the budget and profitability of Sephora's global holding and central costs.
2. Ensure compliance with the budget in collaboration with global and HR departments.
3. Monitor expenses and commitments of global operational departments to prevent budget deviations.
4. Perform monthly financial closings and present results to top management.
5. Develop forecasts for the global holding P&L in collaboration with operational departments.
6. Control marketing, tech, supply, and corporate costs across all regional P&Ls.
7. Develop cost tracking dashboards and KPIs in collaboration with regions and global departments.
8. Lead the TECH investment project validation process at the global level.

1. Master's degree in Finance or related field.
2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance and management control.
3. Experience as a business partner with operational teams.

1. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Fluent in English.
