1. Act as the dedicated Management Controller for Sephora Group's Worldwide Holding.
2. Ensure compliance with the Worldwide Holding budget in collaboration with operational teams.
3. Monitor expenses and commitments of Worldwide operational departments within the budget framework.
4. Lead the financial closing of the full P&L for the Worldwide Holding in collaboration with accounting and operational teams.
5. Develop controlling of Marketing, Tech, Supply, and Corporate costs for all regions' P&Ls.
6. Create cost tracking dashboards and KPIs on central costs in collaboration with regions and Global Operational Departments.
7. Participate in quarterly reviews on cost evolution with regions and Global Functions.
8. Develop benchmarks and analyses of central costs to identify best practices and action levers.
9. Manage the Worldwide Holding's CAPEX budget and ensure compliance through dynamic monitoring.

1. Master's degree in Finance or related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance, specifically in management control.
3. Experience as a business partner with operational teams.
4. Experience in beauty, cosmetics, and/or retail is advantageous.

1. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 6 years in Finance, with a focus on management control and business partnering with operational teams.

Master's degree in Finance or related field.
