1. Lead the Global Data & AI Finance strategy in alignment with the Maison’s transformation roadmap and LVMH Group's priorities.
2. Accelerate the integration of Artificial Intelligence into financial processes, ensuring successful implementation and value-driven management.
3. Embody business partnership and dynamism of Finance with other functions of Global Sephora domains and the Group.
4. Develop and animate a Finance Data community with Regions, promoting a data-driven culture.
5. Govern financial data in partnership with regional teams, ensuring compliance and quality harmonization.
6. Support the Finance function's maturity development by identifying and promoting relevant training paths.
7. Facilitate the implementation of business functions' expectations and ambitions transversely.
8. Collaborate with Controlling teams to modernize analyses and support regional data/business referents.
9. Identify and implement appropriate AI use cases in Finance processes.

1. Holder of a Master's degree from a business or engineering school or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Audit, Controlling, Management Consulting, or Finance Transformation.
3. Recognized Business Partner and leader with alignment capabilities between business expectations and Tech execution.
4. Solid experience in data governance and AI project management with strong business impact.
5. Advanced proficiency in financial analytical ecosystems in complex, decentralized environments.

1. Leadership in change management and community animation.
2. Knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BigQuery, and PowerBI.
3. Ability to facilitate working groups and arbitrate when necessary.
4. Strong interest in innovative topics and technological advancements in data and AI.
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent in English.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Audit, Controlling, Management Consulting, or Finance Transformation.

Master's degree from a business or engineering school or equivalent.
