1. Participate in the preparation and analysis of IFRS consolidated financial statements for approximately 50 entities within the Sephora Group.
2. Ensure continuous improvement and application of the accounting principles manual across subsidiaries.
3. Update and manage the configuration of the consolidation tool, including structure updates and scope management.
4. Control the quality and compliance of accounting information reported by subsidiaries.
5. Conduct analytical reviews and economic analysis of key financial indicators, focusing on turnover and working capital.
6. Monitor IFRS 16 compliance and centralize IFRS restatement entries.
7. Handle accounting for changes in scope and ensure the reliability of financial impacts.
8. Provide assistance and expertise to subsidiaries during their evolution or specific operations.

1. Master's degree in management, finance, or equivalent (e.g., business school, DSCG).
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an audit firm or similar role within a large international group's consolidation department.

1. Strong accounting and financial knowledge with mastery of consolidation techniques.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
3. Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP BFC (Magnitude).
4. Fluent in English; French proficiency is advantageous.
5. Ability to work effectively in multicultural team settings.

2-3 years of experience in auditing consolidated accounts or similar experience in a large international group's consolidation department.

Master's degree in management, finance, or equivalent.
