Sephora Global Consolidation Analyst

- Participate in the preparation and analysis of IFRS consolidated financial statements for approximately 50 entities within the Sephora Group.
- Ensure continuous improvement and application of the accounting principles manual across subsidiaries.
- Update and manage the configuration of the consolidation tool, including structure updates and scope management.
- Control the quality and compliance of accounting information reported by subsidiaries.
- Conduct analytical reviews and economic analysis of key financial indicators, focusing on turnover and working capital.
- Monitor IFRS 16 compliance and centralize IFRS restatement entries.
- Handle accounting for changes in scope and ensure the reliability of financial impacts.
- Provide assistance and expertise to subsidiaries during their evolution or specific operations.
- Master's degree in management, finance, or equivalent (e.g., business school, DSCG).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an audit firm or similar role within a large international group's consolidation department.
- Strong accounting and financial knowledge with mastery of consolidation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP BFC (Magnitude).
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural team settings.
2-3 years of experience in auditing consolidated accounts or similar experience in a large international group's consolidation department.
Master's degree in management, finance, or equivalent.
