Sephora Global Compensation & Integration HRIS Manager

- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Lead the preparation, data loading, and quality checks for compensation campaigns.
- Support HR and Compensation teams during campaign execution.
- Drive short-term operations and long-term improvements in compensation processes.
- Ensure seamless functionality of all compensation-related systems.
- Translate user needs into system improvements in collaboration with Global C&B.
- Create documentation and user guides to facilitate system adoption.
- Lead change management efforts for new system deployments.
- Gather and challenge business needs for new or updated HRIS interfaces.
- Validate specifications and coordinate development with IT.
- Assess and manage the impact of SAP SF releases on interfaces.
- Investigate and resolve system incidents, proposing improvements to support models.
- Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and LVMH Group on system integrations.
- Manage user acceptance testing for new features.
- Ensure local needs are met through collaboration with regional teams.
- Provide reporting on system performance and adoption.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Compensation (certification is a plus).
- Experience with Core HR and other HRIS modules is advantageous.
- 8+ years of experience in global HRIS implementation and support.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of compensation processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
- Clear communication skills, able to simplify technical topics.
- Problem-solving focus with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.
Minimum of 8 years in global HRIS implementation and support, with a focus on compensation.
