Sephora Global BPO Financial Consolidation & Reporting Specialist

1. Design and distribute deliverables related to actual and forecast financial closings, including revised forecasts, strategic plans, and pre-budgets.
2. Act as an expert on the Group reporting tool SYRUS (SAP BFC and its satellite tools).
3. Create documentation and conduct training sessions for Finance community users of Syrus and its satellite tools.
4. Provide support and expertise to the Finance community in utilizing reporting tools.
5. Lead development projects related to the Group’s consolidation tool SAP-BFC.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes by proposing new methodologies and tools.
7. Take the lead in implementing POWER BI.
8. Participate in workshops to replace BFC, representing Sephora in the LVMH project.

1. Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
2. At least 15 years of experience in auditing consolidated financial statements or a similar role within a large international finance department.
3. Strong accounting and financial knowledge.

2. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
3. Proficiency in working collaboratively in multicultural environments.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Familiarity with SAP BFC (Magnitude) is advantageous.
6. Open-mindedness and adaptability to new financial information technologies.

A minimum of 15 years of experience, ideally gained in an audit firm or within the finance department of a large international group.

Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
