Sephora Gifting & Activations Executive

- Coordinate the gifting and sampling process, ensuring all necessary documents, samples, and assets are obtained from brands.
- Oversee the setup of gifting SKUs in the internal system, including checkout samples, GWPs, must-have boxes, and CRM boxes.
- Ensure timely creation and management of purchase orders for gifting SKUs.
- Maintain and update the gifting tracker and calendar, including e-commerce gifting timelines and inventory status.
- Prepare and submit ingredient lists and samples for compliance approval.
- Coordinate artwork requirements and liaise with external stakeholders for sleeve design production.
- Prepare gifting boxes for photoshoots and provide detailed kitting briefs to the logistics team.
- Monitor and ensure the timely launch of gifts across various gifting programs.
- Track gifting redemption and performance in collaboration with the e-commerce team.
- Create and manage the monthly online visibility calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and stock availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize online visibility plans, including product launches and key campaign programs.
- Ensure timely delivery and alignment of assets with brand and visibility guidelines.
- Record and monitor daily online visibility and maintain a monthly summary of online activations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in gifting, e-commerce, or digital marketing coordination.
- Experience in project management or cross-functional team collaboration is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
2+ years of experience in gifting, e-commerce, or digital marketing coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
