1. Assist in the administrative management and operational support within a dynamic and versatile environment.
2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and propose organizational enhancements for General Services.
3. Engage with various stakeholders, including employees, service providers, and managers, to facilitate daily operations.
4. Support General Services in operational tracking, coordination with service providers, and development of internal communication materials to ensure the smooth functioning of workspaces.
5. Gain practical experience in project tracking, reporting, and coordination across different departments.
