1. Create exceptional customer experiences by leveraging strong client focus and collaboration.
2. Utilize Sephora’s tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans for improvement.
3. Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
4. Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure profitability and efficiency.

6. Provide coaching and development to help team members grow.

1. Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.
2. Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift.
4. Adherence to Sephora’s dress code and policies.

Previous experience in retail management, particularly in a high-volume sales environment, is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,400.00 - $116,850.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
