Sephora General Manager, Omni-Channel Distribution Center

- Lead and inspire a team of up to 600 associates, overseeing all aspects of the Omni-Channel Distribution Center operations.
- Achieve defined service, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
- Report to the VP, Distribution Center West, and manage approximately 5+ direct reports.
- Oversee Dotcom and Retail fulfillment operations, including Inbound/Receiving, Outbound/Shipping, Reverse Logistics, Inventory Control, and Facility management.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Engineering, Transportation, Customer Service, Asset Protection, IT, and HQ Supply Chain leadership to define and achieve performance goals.
- Enhance operational efficiency by monitoring and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support growth strategy through innovations in work methods and processes.
- Prepare, review, and manage the distribution center budget.
- Provide daily supervision of the Distribution Center management team.
- Maintain open communication with Human Resources on people-related tasks and objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership on DC/logistics network projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet business and operational needs.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
- Coach and develop current and future leaders within the organization.
- Ensure a strong building culture fostering a sense of belonging.
- Minimum of 10+ years’ management experience in distribution, operations, or manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ management experience in an automated distribution center of 500K square feet or larger with 500+ employees.
- Experience with goods to person picking and automated storage and retrieval systems.
- Previous dual channel experience running large high-volume Retail and E-com DCs.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Blue Yonder or JDA.
- Experience with automation, including goods to person, robotics, ASRS storage solutions, WES systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of key supply chain processes.
- Strong management skills with emphasis on leadership, supervision, motivation, communication, and planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and inspire a dynamic and diverse team.
- Results-driven with a focus on collaboration and client satisfaction.
Minimum of 10+ years’ management experience in distribution, operations, or manufacturing, with at least 3+ years in an automated distribution center.
The annual base salary range for this position is $194,055.00 - $216,885.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
