Sephora General Manager

- Create and lead strategic business initiatives for Sephora Hong Kong.
- Manage profit and loss, ensuring business profitability.
- Empower teams to innovate and foster an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Develop growth strategies for both Brick & Mortar stores and e-commerce.
- Optimize sales and profit while enhancing customer experience.
- Define sales strategy and pricing policy tailored to the local market.
- Increase market share through site identification and lease negotiation.
- Drive successful partnerships with key brands through negotiation and margin management.
- Anticipate and manage peak sales periods.
- Monitor market performance against standards and targets.
- Lead innovative sales and marketing initiatives leveraging omnichannel strategies.
- Oversee operations and management of support functions with regional heads.
- Motivate and develop team competencies, promoting a strong team spirit.
- Minimum of 8 years in a General Manager or equivalent P&L role, ideally in Omni Channel environments.
- Degree in Business studies or related field preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Market knowledge of Hong Kong preferred.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening, negotiation, and influencing.
Minimum of 8 years in a General Manager or equivalent P&L role, ideally in Omni Channel environments.
Degree in Business studies or related field preferred.
