1. Oversee month-end general ledger close processes in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS.
2. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
3. Lead and manage cross-functional projects to enhance internal controls and risk management.
4. Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
5. Conduct analytical reviews and variance investigations as required.
6. Manage accounting operations for Canada, Beauty Insider, Credit Card, and Corporate Office.
7. Perform month-end reconciliations and maintain accounting policies.
8. Drive the optimization of accounting and operational processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CA/MBA preferred.
2. 7+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in the retail industry.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel (PIVOTs, SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs, macros).
2. Experience with SAP.
3. Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with IFRS accounting principles and financial statements.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Tech-savvy and self-motivated.

A minimum of 7 years of related business experience, with a preference for those with a background in the retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CA/MBA preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $147,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
