1. Drive sales and performance within the fragrance category by engaging with customers and developing relationships.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Collaborate with store management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
4. Provide expertise and knowledge on prestige fragrance brands and products.
5. Create a welcoming and prestigious environment that reflects the high standards of the brand.
6. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a team of fragrance experts.
7. Lead by example in customer service excellence, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
8. Provide continuous coaching and feedback to fragrance experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
9. Ensure the fragrance area is immaculate, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
10. Manage stock volumes, place orders, and conduct regular inventory checks.
11. Support store events and special occasions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
12. Act as a brand ambassador, representing prestige fragrance brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

1. Proven experience in prestige fragrance sales.

Minimum of 3 years in a related role within the fragrance or luxury retail industry.
