1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

4. Support senior store management in managing employee relations issues, including lateness and performance concerns.
5. Drive sales performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
6. Deliver expert fragrance consultations and personalized product recommendations.
7. Engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
8. Oversee daily operations of the fragrance department, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
9. Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
10. Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators and tracking sales trends.

1. Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty or retail industry, focusing on fragrance.
2. In-depth knowledge of fragrance products, ingredients, and trends.
3. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
4. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
6. Experience in handling employee relations issues.
7. Comfortable using technology to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

Leadership or management experience in the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on fragrance.
