Sephora Fragrance Supervisor

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and provide feedback.
- Drive fragrance sales through customer engagement and personalized recommendations.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest fragrance trends and product knowledge.
- Train team members on product features and application techniques.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to create engaging displays.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora's policies, including inventory management and loss prevention.
- Oversee stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions.
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty or retail industry.
- Passion for fragrances and a strong understanding of the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
