1. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
2. Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance selling skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear performance goals, and create personalized development plans.
4. Drive sales performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
5. Deliver expert fragrance consultations and personalized product recommendations.
6. Proactively engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
7. Oversee the daily operations of the fragrance department, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
8. Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
9. Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators and tracking sales trends.
10. Support the setup of new store openings by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on fragrance.
2. In-depth knowledge of fragrance products, ingredients, brands, and trends.

2. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet sales targets.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. Knowledge and experience in handling employee relations issues.
5. Comfortable using technology in-store to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, particularly in fragrance.
