1. Lead, train, and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors in the Fragrance Department.

3. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and provide feedback.
4. Drive fragrance sales by engaging with customers and offering personalized recommendations.
5. Set and monitor individual and team sales goals.
6. Ensure the highest level of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product knowledge.
8. Train team members on product features and application techniques.
9. Collaborate with visual merchandising teams for effective product displays.
10. Ensure compliance with Sephora's policies, including cash handling and inventory management.
11. Oversee stock replenishment and inventory control.
12. Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
14. Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions.
15. Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
16. Support new store opening procedures.

1. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
2. Passion for fragrances and a strong understanding of the beauty industry.
