- Assist in various store departments and contribute to store image through cleanliness and restocking.
- Minimize stock loss and communicate tester requirements to management.
- Educate clients on fragrance layering and train store team on storytelling techniques.
- Advanced fragrance knowledge
- Proven successful sales and service experience in-store
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fragrance
- Strong selling techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to train and coach on products and retail services
- Punctuality and innovation
