Sephora Fragrance Manager

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance selling skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear performance goals, and create personalized development plans for team members.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Deliver expert fragrance consultations and personalized product recommendations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the fragrance department, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Sephora’s operational standards, including loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on fragrance.
- In-depth knowledge of fragrance products, ingredients, brands, and trends.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues, such as lateness and performance concerns.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive performance and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using technology in-store for inventory management and sales tracking.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the beauty or retail industry, focusing on fragrance.
