1. Provide expert advice and support to customers in the Fragrance department, staying abreast of beauty trends.
2. Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
3. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and build customer relationships.
4. Continuously develop personal expertise and share knowledge with the team.
5. Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
6. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
7. Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
8. Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
9. Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Completed training in the Fragrance field with a minimum of 6 months duration.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the Fragrance department.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Strong organizational skills and reliability.
3. Ability to work well in a team with an open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
4. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
5. Fluency in English or German.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the fragrance sector is required.
