- Provide expert advice and support to customers in the Fragrance department, staying abreast of beauty trends.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and build customer relationships.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and share knowledge with the team.
- Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
- Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Completed training in the Fragrance field with a minimum of 6 months duration.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Fragrance department.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Ability to work well in a team with an open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English or German.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the fragrance sector is required.
